Albert L. Smith

Albert L. Smith is the Director of Operations of Haywood Group. He is involved in the strategic direction of the company and oversees the day to day operation activities. In addition, he is responsible for implementing company plans and policies, as well as developing business contacts to achieve overall corporate objectives to ensure maximum operating results.

Albert also serves as the Director of Operations for Vangard Group, LLC, where he oversees the operational aspects of the company. In addition, his responsibilities include asset management, lease management and quality control.

Albert has previously worked for the United States Bowling Congress, a national sports governing body, and the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, where he was responsible for helping to develop and implement a plan to achieve the company’s overall marketing and communications goals and objectives. He also specialized in writing speeches and talking points for the company’s key executives.

Albert has over a decade of experience in strategic communication planning, media relations and marketing and sales.

Albert is a former  Vice President of the Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors. He also is an Associate Professor at Concordia University-Wisconsin’s Mequon Campus.

Albert has a degree in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater, as well as a Master Degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
